Product / Referrals
Coming soonMake word of mouth easier to follow through.
Your best customers already tell neighbours about you. Referrals is being designed to give each introduction a clear trail: a code to share, a place to record it when someone gets in touch, and a way to check what happened next.
Coming soon. On the roadmap. Not available yet. This page describes how Referrals is being designed to work.
A referral, accounted for
From introduction to job
- 01ShareA customer gets a unique code
- 02RecordThe new inquiry mentions the code
- 03VerifyMatch it to a completed job
Concept preview · reward rules and customer lookup are still being designed.
What we're designing
- Codes people can share
- A record at the first inquiry
- A clear status check
The problem
The best leads can disappear into the day-to-day.
A customer passes along your number, the new homeowner calls weeks later, and nobody remembers who made the introduction. That makes a thoughtful thank-you—and a reliable picture of word of mouth—harder than it should be.
We're shaping this around real trade-business workflows.

What it's designed to do
How Referrals will help
Codes people can share
Give a customer a unique code they can pass to a neighbour or friend.
A record at the first inquiry
Connect the code to a new request so the referring customer doesn't get lost in a text thread.
A clear status check
Let your team verify whether a code was used and a job qualified before any thank-you is sent.
Rules you approve
Set eligibility, timing, and any reward with clear terms before inviting customers to refer.
How it works
Three simple steps
- 1
Step 1
Set the rules
Decide what counts as a referral and whether you want to offer a thank-you.
- 2
Step 2
Share a code
Give customers an easy-to-pass-along code or link after a real job.
- 3
Step 3
Check the outcome
Record the code on an inquiry, then verify the completed job against your rules.
Questions
Can customers check their referral code?
A private status check is part of the design, but we have not finalized what customers will see. It should confirm a code and its status without exposing another customer's job or contact details.
Do I have to offer a cash reward?
No. The reward, if any, and the qualifying rules would be your decision. We would confirm the terms before you launch a program.
Is this the same as asking for reviews?
No. Referrals track personal introductions to new customers. Review requests stay separate; rewards should never be offered in exchange for a Google review.
Is Referrals available now?
Not yet. This page describes the service we are designing. Ask us about your referral process and we'll shape the details before launch.
